I'm sure when you read the title of this post, "Ramen Noodle Soup", you're thinking, who doesn't know how to make ramen? Well, tonight was my "off night" and my sweet husband cooked up a simple but super delicious and CHEAP soup. I am taking NO credit for this meal!

When I decided to start this cooking blog, I was already in the middle of cooking dinner. Had I known ahead of time that I was going to get the urge to start a cooking blog, I might have planned a more spectacular menu for tonight's dinner. Nonetheless, I have completed the cooking AND the eating of my first blog recipe. Here it goes!
